- Mahsa Return Policy
At Mahsa, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality, well manufactured products. Each item is thoroughly inspected and quality-checked prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
No Returns or Exchanges
As we are a small and growing business, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before making a purchase. Please reach out to us via email on contact@mahsa.com.co or social media (@mahsa.com.co) if you have any product or sizing inquiries, we will do our best to help and recommend the most accurate size for you based on your measurements.
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer support team at contact@mahsa.com.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order reference number and clear photos of the defect to assist with a resolution. Please also include information and any pictures of the condition of the external packaging on receipt of the parcel. Please also note that all items are inspected and condition is pictured and documented prior to dispatch.
Mahsa reserves the right to assess the reported issue and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a return for; replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Mahsa is not responsible for lost parcels or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address. No refunds will be issued in this instance.
Additionally, if a parcel could not be delivered because the customer was not present, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection. If the parcel is not collected within 5 working days of being held for collection, Mahsa is not liable for any actions taken by the courier after this period, and no refunds will be issued.
Important Notes
- All items are carefully inspected and condition is documented prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper handling, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Each return inquiry outcome will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Mahsa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any delivery disputes should be addressed directly with the courier however we will do our best in assisting you with this.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
- Mahsa reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks or payment disputes. We provide clear policies on our website, and any fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
